I hated the experience of my stay at this hotel. Under no circumstances would I ever stay at this hotel ever again.
+ Convenient location
− The front patio of the hotel property was filled with marijuana smoke on account of the smokers smoking there. You walked into the hotel through this cloud, which gave me a headache. The hotel staff did nothing about it. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The bedsheets looked slept in. The shower stall had cracked glass. The fragrance in the room of the room deodorizer was suffocating.

Couldn't ask for more for the price. Great stay!
+ Breakfast was great and a little different everyday. Great price and located in a wonderful area that was close enough to GCU Campus for graduation. Plenty of common spaces to relax with our family that didn't feel cramped or overcrowded.
− There wasn't really anything I did not like. We could hear public transit from our room but it wasn't something I would personally count as a negative.

Excellent for a short stay
+ Breakfast was excellent, mostly heat-and-serve items like sausage links, egg bites, toast, pastries, oatmeal, and build-your-own breakfast sandwich and pancakes stations. Extremely clean, staff were all lovely, room was small but not cramped for a short stay
− Nothing, everything was excellent. Youre not gonna miss having a coffee maker or dresser
