Excellent Service -Ms. Dani Torres
+ I arrived close to noon on 8/8 and service was provided by Dani Torres, the Dual Assistant General Manager on duty. She quickly got me a room that was on the first floor. Turns out that room had several issues. The next day, I informed Dani of a problem with a noisy AC, jamming bathroom door, flush component issue in the bathroom, and flat pillows. With no hesitation, she apologized for the condition of the room and assigned us to an updated suite. My wife and I have never felt so valued by someone in hotel management as we were by Ms. Torres; she showed that she cared. She set a high standard of quality and care in service that should be the model for all in hospitality service. If we are back in Happy Valley, there is no doubt that we would be returning to the Residence Inn. They had great breakfast too.
