Not whats presented online.

+ I did like the location being close enough to downtown.

− I didn't like that the hotel did not have enough supplies, like towels, to provide on my first night stay. My room had multiple things wrong and maintenance had to be called multiple times over the course of my stay. I do not like the way breakfast is set up and that there was no food to provide all the options given on the menu.

+ The staff at the front desk was very polite and helped us get a room even though there was a mix up caused through the online booking reservation.

− The beds being close to the floor, the bathtub didn't drain well, the sink was next to the TV in the bedroom area, the room smelled of something more than just cleaner, the homeless who had set up camp next to the hotel parking lot. The only two things that keep us coming back to this hotel are: the proximity to work, and the good breakfast. However, this time the breakfast was an extremely limited menu and even the things on that limited menu had run out, reducing it even more. Also, there needs to be two staff members manning the restaurant as we had to wait in line to give our order for several minutes because the one person would take an order and then make all specialty drinks (including cleaning the coffee grounds out of the machine) before she could take another order. There should be someone taking orders and another person making the drinks so that the line can keep moving and everyone get seated.
