+ Brand new, beautiful setup. The fitout and design of the hotel is top class. The Kauboy restaurant is exceptional… we ended up eating there every night. We had a room on the side opposite the bars and never heard any outside noise. The rooftop pool is also incredible. We would come back to Phoenix just to stay here!

If your not a college kid, DO NOT STAY HERE
+ So loud all day and all night from the club next door. Avoid at all cost if you value getting rest on a weekend. Music until 2:30am.
