Good, IF you are there to party. Not so great for relaxing.
+ Location was great.
− Room was loud and had a terrible mist/mold smell. Only stayed 1 night. Moved to a secondary hotel for the other 2 nights.

Great location, fair price.
+ Very good location, you can basically walk to scottsdale fashion center and old town scottsdale within 10min. Many bars and fine dinning options around.
− The hotel facilities and the inner design of room are kinda old and not quite comfortable. Also, parking is $15 per night.
