+ The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free laundry facilities are nice. The gym is well equipped. The free breakfast is decent. The in room kitchen is great

+ Location , clean, reasonable priced.
− The patio door track needed to be cleaned , it was very dirty and you could barely slide the door open and close . Patio needed sweeped it has cob webs .

Great value and convenient location near Old Town Scottsdale.
+ Extremely spacious suite with a well equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for walking into Old Town Scottsdale. There was a big selection of breakfast items including freshly made waffles that's included in the price of the booking. Out suite was very clean and freshly updated with new kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings. The day and night staff were all very friendly and helpful.
− The only negative was the rather outdated air conditioning unit which was rather noisy. We weren't able to adjust the settings either.
